Propel Roswell Comprehensive Plan Adopted by City Council
On July 9, 2026, the Roswell City Council approved and adopted the Propel Roswell Comprehensive Master Plan. The plan is now the city's official long-range guide for growth, investment, and decision-making.
Propel Roswell began in April 2025 with a public kickoff and grew from there. Over the following months, residents shaped the plan through workshops, surveys, open houses, and a public comment period on the draft. People raised what mattered to them — public safety, housing, flood recovery, jobs, and the future of downtown — and those conversations are visible throughout the final document.
The adopted plan covers land use, housing, mobility, economic development, parks and open space, and city facilities. Each section pairs long-term direction with practical, actionable strategies, along with tools for tracking progress so the community can see how implementation moves forward.
Adoption is the milestone, not the finish line. The plan now guides how Roswell reviews development, prioritizes capital projects, and pursues funding in the years ahead.
